Move in Silence



Hello everyone, thanks again for stopping by and checking out my blogs. Okay, this has been heavy on my mind and I'm wondering to myself, if I'm thinking this...I am pretty sure someone is as well. "Move in silence" I decided to make the title right to the chase. What does that mean? Well, it means keep your moves and ideas to yourself. As you may or may not know, I am big on manifestations and speaking things into existence and most definitely knowing that if something is for me, I will have it. However, even with all of those certainties, I still keep my moves to myself. 

    Sometimes, we may think that telling everyone our plans will make them support us and be happy for us when in reality that is not the case. Certain people get jealous or mad at you for doing the damn thing mainly because they may feel as though they have not reached that point in their lives yet or they want to be like you but can't. I saw this meme the other day on Instagram that said "sometimes, jealousy comes out in jokes". You ever told someone your dream or plan and they came out saying something in a jokey tone? Or they question you asking if "you are sure that is what you want to do?"

    Another reason to make moves in silence is because what if your plan or idea does not come through around the time frame that you stated and promoted it to everyone? Everyone will look at you differently and question you on why this and that and the third. Sometimes when you tell people your business and it flops, they are so happy and laugh or talk behind your back and hit you with the "I told you so's".  It's best to move quietly that way, IN CASE things hit the fan, no one will know or bombard you with questions and you won't feel embarrassed either. 

    Having a supporting circle is a different story. If you are around "go getters" and winners, then normalize speaking on your plans especially if the people you are telling this too, knows the way to get it. When it comes to certain moves I am making, I keep it to myself and when there is a move I'm making that requires a lot of research etc, I reach out to one friend of mine... She tells me like it is and I am grateful for that because she offers her perspective and she tells me what she did when she was doing her thing (if that makes sense).

    Again, God has blessed us with the power of discernment, so we already know who is for us and against us. Just remember to make the right decisions for you. Good luck on all of your money moves... See you all at the victory line when all moves that were made in silence can now be seen because that are successful.

The Importance of Sage Smudging Your Space and Aura



Hey everyone! This is going to be a short blog, but I wanted to come on here really quickly and express the importance of cleansing your space and Aura. 

    I never knew about sage and cleansing of the home until 2 years ago. When I was a chid, my dad would always bless our house but it was only on New Years. When I got my own place, he also blessed it. But, he used Frankincense. 

    It is very important to cleanse your home and especially your aura. Just think about it, how many different people are you around every single day? What about the different people your family members in your household are around on the daily? We are picking up multiple energies. Some may be good and some bad. 

    Do you ever catch yourself being so angry when you get home for no apparent reason? Or feeling depressed or just not yourself? 9 out 10 it is coming from picking up different peoples energies. 

Here are some tips on how and when to cleanse your space and aura. 

-Whenever people come over your place

Make sure you ALWAYS cleanse after they leave. I do this all the time. Even when my mom and brothers visit as well as my in laws.

-Whenever your spirit is heavy

Meaning...You are always upset, feel down and depressed, feeling unmotivated, not committed... overall just drained!

-When you get a new place or new job

- You have to bless your new home... You don't know what kind of crazy energies lived there prior to you moving in. As for a new can get you some Florida water and pour some in a spray bottle, and spray your work area where you will be in. I do this in my classroom sometimes. When you come home, get out of those clothes and sage yourself from top to bottom.

Friendly Reminder: When using Sage, always have a few doors and windows open. For two reasons...One, the smell is very strong and there's a lot smoke, we don't want to set off the smoke alarms lol. Two, the negative energies need to be KICKED out. If the windows and/or doors are not open, where do you think the negative energies will be? Yup, it will stay inside your place and we do not need that. Let them energies go out the window and door. Once you are done sage smudging, place the sage in a holder and it die out on it's own.

Tips on How To Stop Being Stressed


It has been a whole year and some weeks since the pandemic first happened and I must say a lot of things have changed and became the "new normal" sadly. One thing I do know for a fact, is that some people's stress levels has most likely gone sky high and may possibly still be rising. Certain things we can control and certain things we can not. However, we can try to make the best of a situation or how I like to say "go with the flow" A lot of things and relationships have been tested during this whole pandemic. AND a lot of businesses and ideas have been birthed too. We all realized who really was in our corners all along and what jobs truly appreciated our services. I always say this pandemic is a gift and a curse as well as a blessing in. disguise. For some, the pandemic has nothing to do with your stress it could be something totally different. For me, It's both. I learned how to not give a F*** about those who have not been in my corner or who portrayed to be. I'm not with the mending friendship/ or work relationship BS anymore. I am too grown for that. I am worried about my paper, my husband, kids, and immediate family.YOU SHOULD BE TOO. There is plenty of money out here in these streets to be wasting time lol. Here are some tips that I try to follow on the daily to release some stress from my body and mind. Hopefully these can help you out as well.

1) Surround yourself with positive minded people. All the negative speaking people SHOULD not be in your aura. (you know who they are)

2) Take FREQUENT mental health days. NO JOB is worth your mental health. If you need a day off from your kids or husband, ask him to take the kids out for the day or call up the grandparents, or even check in to a hotel for the day (I am planning to do that soon)

3) Be careful what you watch on television and on social media. Some people's lives may trigger your peace. If you feel like you are slowly starting to compare your life to theirs or if you feel like you are getting jealous STOP WATCHING or UNFOLLOW.

4) I do this ALL THE TIME...SAGE SAGE SAGE your aura AND your space. Whenever I feel my energy is low(especially after work) I quick time sage my body head to toe and sage my home. I release that negative spirit.

5) BREATHE. Take deep breaths, meditate, and drink ice cold water

6) Cold showers work wonders

7) Sit in silence and alone... Listen to water sounds or wind and just relax 

8) Have a "I don't Give a F*** attitude" with whoever means you no good. (you will know who they are)
